Refund Policy

At Company Name, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our travel services and packages.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific travel package, airline, hotel, or service provider. Not all services are refundable, and some may be partially refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and the vendor’s policy.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full or partial refund after deducting service charges and non-refundable booking components.

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund (unless otherwise stated in the package details).

  • No-show on the day of travel: No refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Smooth Fare

In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, lack of group size, etc.):

  • You will be given the option to reschedule the trip, receive a travel credit, or request a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless specifically stated:

  • Visa charges

  • Travel insurance

  • Booking fees or service charges

  • Flight tickets (subject to airline policy)

  • Hotel reservations with “non-refundable” status

  • Custom experiences arranged on request

5. Processing Time

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be made through the original payment method.

We work with various airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Their individual refund and cancellation policies will apply in addition to our terms. We will always inform you of any such terms during the booking process.
